Perkins&Will Toronto Studio
This project reflects principles developed through the design of the Perkins&Will Toronto office, a workplace conceived as a studio for sustainable and healthy design. The space prioritized sustainability elements such as material health, indoor air quality, daylight access, and energy efficiency, demonstrating how thoughtful interiors can actively support occupant well-being. Low-toxicity materials, high-performance lighting, and water-conserving fixtures were integrated to reduce environmental impact while enhancing comfort.
Achieved: LEED v4 ID+C CI: Gold, Fitwel 2 Stars
