Nutrien had high standards for their head office in Saskatchewan. Through diligence and cooperative efforts, we (when at PW) were able to go above and beyond the targeted LEED level of Gold and instead achieve LEED v4 ID+C CI: Platinum-level certification and Fitwel 2 Stars. Notable features include: maximum daylighting for all regularly occupied spaces to ensure employees have access to daylight no matter where they sit, use of materials that are low- to -no VOCs, incorporation of abundant bike racks to promote healthy commuting methods, reduction in potable water use by over 40%, and energy reduction of more than 20% when compared to the baseline.
