80 Atlantic is the first building to bring back the use of heavy timber construction. The building is unique in that the mass timber is fully exposed allowing tenants to take full advantage of its beauty and reduce the amount of materials required for their renovations.

The building is juxtaposed with its counterpart 60 Atlantic to create a sense of raw to refined flow of design between the two.
